5. Client Responsibilities
When working with us, clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and good-faith collaboration. Results depend significantly on client implementation.

7. Payment & Refunds
Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ora Momentum Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, content, or services. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement per the terms of the signed agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to our resources at our discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
